To support people with Type 1 diabetes to identify and count carbohydrate as part of their treatment plan, improving self-management, quality of life and blood glucose control.

The Target Group will know:

• how to count carbohydrate in their meals and snacks
• how to 'match' their carbohydrate with their bolus insulin
• how to use different techniques to count and estimate carbohydrate when reading food labels and preparing their own food.
