To ensure that the patient or carer have sufficient knowledge and understanding to manage effectively a nut-free diet.
- The Target Group will know what foods to avoid when managing a nut allergy.
- Target Group will know how to read and interpret labels.
- The Target Group will recognise minor to major symptoms of a nut allergy.
- The Target Group will be able to use rescue medications effectively and efficiently when an allergic reaction occurs.
