Simple dietary information to help improve bone health for people with or at risk of osteoporosis, osteopenia and/or weak bones.

To enable clients and their carers understand that dietary measures can improve the intake of calcium to improve bone health, so that they can apply the dietary advice.

Target Group will know how to manipulate their diet to ensure adequate intake of calcium and associated nutrients within the context of a healthy diet.
