Checking your ICR
A resource that supports people to check that their Insulin to Carbohydrate Ratio (ICR) is correct, how to adjust it and manage their diabetes to achieve their blood glucose target levels.

To support people to check and adjust their Insulin to Carbohydrate Ratio (ICR) to achieve target blood glucose levels.
The Target Group will know:
- ICR can vary throughout the day
- how to identify patterns in their blood glucose control
- how to complete checks on factors that may affect insulin absorption
- how to plan and apply systematic adjustments to ICR
- checking blood glucose levels regularly is crucial to maintain good diabetes management
