We're pleased to be working with the Scottish Dietetic Eating Disorders Clinical Forum to review and update the Inside Eating range to reflect updates in practice and guidelines.
The range aims to challenge eating disorder cognitions and change behaviour by agreeing and applying management techniques to achieve nutritional adequacy and prevent/counteract comorbidities through a balanced diet.
The resources work to support people, manage risks and behaviour relating to psychological causes and consequences of disordered eating including social isolation, depression, low mood, self-esteem and body image.
If you would like to be kept up to date with this project and/or provide feedback on the current range, please click the 'Get Involved' button below and provide us with your name, email address and where you work/which organisation you represent, and we will add you to the circulation list for all relevant communication.
