Day in the life of NDR-UK's Development Officer

Recently, during one of my student sessions, I was asked about my job role at NDR-UK and what it entails. The students were keen to find out more about the wide variety of jobs available in nutrition and dietetics. This is a question I've been asked a lot, and not just throughout my time working at NDR-UK.
