Dinosaur Bones (I'm Hungry)

We're sharing one of our favourites from I'm Hungry with you this month!

Dinosaur Bones

Ingredients

  • Pork spare ribs
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tbsp ketchup*
  • 2 tbsp soft brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp mustard*
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp Chinese 5 spice (optional)

*Check ingredients of ketchup and mustard.

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Brush over ribs.
  3. If time allows, wrap in foil and marinate in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
  4. Cook at 200˚C for 45 minutes, brushing often with the marinade.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
