I didn't know you did that...?!?

Published: 29.01.24

It’s quite incredible to think that it’s almost 4 years since established routines and lifestyles changed, never to be the same again. At NDR-UK, we have missed not being able to attend events or meetings as a means of updating audiences on the products we provide or new developments that could support them in providing patient care. That includes not hearing the comment “I didn’t know you did that”! It’s a common reaction to at least one of our resources in our portfolio displays!

While it’s gratifying to realise that we might have a new product or service that meets our customers’ needs, it demonstrates two things: Firstly, just what a challenge it is to keep our supporters informed about new developments and additions to our portfolio of support materials. And secondly, how effectively we have responded to requests for new materials or services for which health professionals have a real need.

There’s no escaping the use of social media platforms these days, providing low-cost means of sending messages about the latest activities, outcomes or products available. NDR-UK has embraced this, with regular messaging on X, Instagram and LinkedIn. Probably the best way to keep up-to-speed is through signing up to our website, to receive quarterly newsletters and other updates on topics relevant to specified areas of interest.

Whether it’s out and about in person or, more likely these days, through a remote connection, we are open to hearing feedback or suggestions for new content or ways to support health professionals to provide expert guidance to patients. Bring us your ideas and requests, for us to explore through peer networks – we check on demand, existing provision and potential partnerships to build viable development options into our business plans.

As we start planning for 2024/25, now would be a good time to get in touch!
