Gujarati Weight Loss You Can See Vegetarian

A Gujarati picture portion guide for a culturally relevant calorie-controlled dietary plan.  This version does not have any meat or fish products displayed, so is appropriate for people following a vegetarian diet (page 20 of the original resource has been deleted).

Developed in partnership with The London Diabetes Dietitian, this resource provides a simple portion approach to support weight management for people from the UK Gujarati population.  The plan should be personalised to meet individual weight loss goals and personal preferences via relevant adjustment of carbohydrate, protein, dairy and fat portions.

Always refer to the professional guidelines to provide appropriate energy defecit targets and ensure nutrient balance for individual needs.
