A resource to help build understanding of the different types of carbohydrate and which foods contain it to support blood glucose control in children with type 1 diabetes.

- support the patient/client and their carers to adopt dietary practice to help avoid long-term diabetes complications.
The target group will:

- be able to identify foods that contain carbohydrate
- understand how eating foods that contain carbohydrate affects their blood glucose.
