Following the updates applied in October to enable multiple resources to be sent in one Prescription, we’re continuing to make improvements informed by evaluation and customer feedback.  Updates will go live on Tuesday 20/02/24.
 
What’s new?
You will be able to add multiple recipients to your prepared resource or resources i.e. 'block' sending.
There will be an option to add personalised messages to the email each patient receives.
Simpler navigation after sending a prescription for greater efficiencies.
 
What do I need to do?
You don’t need to take any special action or new steps to see and/or use the improvements - once active, on screen prompts will ensure that you can still easily navigate and use the service.

FAQs

Will my patients see who else I send the Prescription to?

• No.  They will receive a personalised email and the links within the email will still go to a resource where they are the only named user

Can I add different notes to the resource for each patient?

• You will be able to add personalised messages to the Prescription email that differ for each patient. 
• If you need/wish to uniquely customise each resource for each patient, you will need to prepare separate Prescriptions.  However, easier navigation after sending, aims to improve efficiencies at this point.
